Responsibilities to Client

Flick will act in the best interest of the client. Flick will hold confidential all information of a clients organization that is not available through public records.

Responsibilities as Illustrators

Flick will not knowingly plagiarize work or knowingly breach copyright.

Commissions

Before accepting a commission Flick will provide in writing a description of the work that will be produced and an estimate of the cost. Flick will obtain written consent from the client before beginning a commission.
